Randolph - Chase and Capture

This was... a lot shorter than I anticipated. Expected to run after him for a while.
To capture Randolph, collect snowballs (using the skill or activating the piles of snowballs near the PE). Once he spawns, chase after him and throw snowballs or, if you're good at timing things, put down timed snow bombs to slow him down for a few seconds and knock a decent chunk of his debuffs off.
Those debuff stacks decrease with each hit he sustains from a snowball. As his debuff stacks decrease, his running speed decreases. The person to knock the final stack off - the person who gets final hit - gets tag. If that person fails capture, they lose tag, Randolph's stacks reset, and the process can be repeated.
While he's still running at high speed, it's faster to fly over the PE area to the other end of his path (he runs in a backwards C shape across the map) and wait for him there.
Randolph scales to +5 player level for capture difficulty (roughly, judging on the time limit) so be ready. He's not terribly difficult if you have high DI, though...
